Kevin A. González
Kevin A. González was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He holds degrees from the Iowa Writers' Workshop and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where is currently the Carol Houck Smith Fellow in Fiction. He is the author of the chapbook, The Night Tito Trinidad KO’ed Ricardo Mayorga (Momotombo Press, 2007). His poems have appeared in Poetry, Callaloo, Poetry Northwest, and The Progressive; and his stories have appeared in Playboy, Virginia Quarterly Review, est American Nonrequired Reading 2007, and Best New American Voices 2007 and 2009.
